A QUICK HOW-TO
Pack it in your birth bag and take it with your peri bottle for those first post childbirth bathroom trips. Mist as often as needed, especially after bath or toilet use. Store in the refrigerator for extra cooling. For external use.

- For dark-coloured pieces, some colour
transfer may occur, wash separately for first few washes and put in bag
if machine-washed
- Separate your laundry into groups with similar colors: whites, darks and colours.
- Do not bleach or use too much detergent.
